What happens if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
We regret that we cannot delay the despatching of your plants to accommodate holidays etc. However, if you think you might be away from home when your plants are due for despatch, please advise us at least 3 weeks beforehand and we can arrange for your order to be sent to a relative or friend/neighbour. We cannot be held responsible for non-collected items from the post office.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
We regret that we can no longer supply any products, including plants, to Northern Ireland. This is due to the imposition of non-tariff, phytosanitary checks and procedures now required by law as a result of Brexit.
We will monitor the situation closely and fingers crossed, we might be able to supply you with plants again in the future. We apologise for this inconvenience and hope that you understand that this is due to circumstances beyond our control.
How long will my order take to deliver?
For orders to United Kingdom addresses the latest despatch dates are listed alongside each product.
Can an order be sent overseas?
We cannot send non-seed items such as plants, potatoes, fruit, onions, sundries or other items out of the United Kingdom

Outstanding items
Please note that some items may be sent separately. Plant products outstanding on your order may have been advertised with a different despatch date in order to allow us to supply plants which will give you the best results once planted. Unfortunately, at times these dates may change or vary due to weather or growing conditions and, in these instances, we ask that you bear with us and permit for some flexibility around these dates. Our aim is always to supply your plants at the optimum time for planting and in the best possible condition.
What are last order dates?
Where possible, we try to give a last order date for ever product both online and in the catalogue. These should be used as a guide and are included to ensure that our customers are not let down by a product we can no longer supply. Product will be supplied while viable and while in the optimum condition for planting on.

Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive
The EU has introduced legislation relating to recycling "Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment" ("WEEE"). Currently, most WEEE is disposed of with general domestic waste and is land filled. Separate collection allows WEEE to be recycled; this saves energy and resources and avoids hazardous materials from WEEE going to landfill. On new items of electronic equipment which you buy you will see the symbol:
This symbol means that you should not dispose of this product in your dustbin with your mixed domestic waste. You should dispose of this product separately.
Under these regulations we are obliged to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new electrical or electronic product from us. Such items can be returned to us (carriage paid by the customer) at our normal address, within 28 days of purchasing the new item. Please mark these items "WEEE return". We will then ensure proper environmental disposal. In helping to separately collect WEEE you will ensure that recycling, as required by the WEEE Directive, takes place and the amount of WEEE being land filled is reduced thereby helping to improve the environment.
