Product Details

This beautiful tobacco plant rivals all others for scent. Easily the most fragrant, the creamy white star-shaped flowers appear en masse through the key summer months, filling the morning and evening air with a delicate jasmine scent. Grow in moist but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Half hardy and perennial but treat as annual.

Garden Ready Plants

Our garden ready plants are provided already ‘hardened off’ and can be planted directly outside into their final planting positions. Measuring approximately 10-12cm (4-5in) in height, they are quick to establish and come into flower.

Superb plants

These young plants arrived in perfect condition, just at the right time for planting out. I’m looking forward to seeing them grow up tall and produce their evening scented white flowers. If they flower as well and as long as last year’s it will be a real treat. (Incidentally a few from last year overwintered and are coming up in their pot too!).

Good plugs

Very happy with these, they are progressing well.

At the moment no review as due to the cold weather at night the plants have only just started to grow. But they were beautiful plants and still look very healthy in spite of late development.

Nicotiana Grandiflora plugs

These arrived in excellent condition, looking very healthy and still damp. They were supposedly garden ready. However as they had not been thinned out sufficiently it was very difficult to untangle them and I lost a large number of them. I also had to pot on most of the others as they lost so much of their roots in the process.

Goes well with...
