Building a polytunnel is a straightforward process with just a few key steps. Start by assembling the steel frame, securing each section together to create a sturdy structure. Once the frame is in place, fit the reinforced cover over the top, making sure it is pulled tight and evenly positioned. Secure the cover using the provided ties and ground pegs, making sure it is properly anchored to prevent wind damage. Finally, adjust the doors and ventilation windows to suit your growing conditions.
Our polytunnel offers the perfect conditions for growing flowers throughout the year. In early spring, you can give hardy annuals like sweet peas a head start in a polytunnel before planting them outside. Then, in autumn and winter, you can keep tender perennials like pelargoniums and salvias protected from frost or use the space to overwinter young plants for next season.
