Product Details

Rose Cornelia (Shrub) Bare Root Plants offer a delightful burst of colour and perfume through the summer months, with clusters of apricot-blushed pink flowers emerging from ruby red buds. The blooms are carried on a medium-sized, upright shrub with warm bronze foliage that adds further seasonal interest. With a long flowering window and excellent resistance to disease, it’s a great choice for anyone wanting to add romantic charm to a sunny border, especially where fragrance can be appreciated up close.

Recognised with the RHS Award of Garden Merit (AGM), this variety has been tried, tested, and proven to offer dependable garden performance with excellent health, fragrance, and flower production.

Shrub Rose: Shrub Roses are usually the largest of the bush roses. They are great for back of borders or dividing spaces in the garden with a mounding spreading shape. Usually their flowers are large and can be single, semi or double flowering. Their flowers are produced all the way along their stems giving a fantastic display for a long period and can be highly fragrant too.

These roses are supplied as 2 year old bare root plants with 2 to 3 breaks.

Planting advice: Plant bare root roses outdoors from October to March. Choose a sunny or partially shaded spot with well-drained soil. Dig a hole large enough to accommodate the roots comfortably, soak the roots in water before planting, and cover the graft union just below soil level. Water well after planting and mulch to retain moisture.
