Product Details

Rose Crimson Cascade (Climbing) Bare Root Plants bring bold colour and elegance to vertical spaces, with velvety deep red blooms that cascade in fragrant waves throughout summer and into autumn. Paired with mid-green, glossy foliage, this rose adds stunning contrast and movement when trained against walls, arches or pergolas. A magnet for pollinators and awarded the RHS Award of Garden Merit, it combines beauty with resilience, thriving in sunny spots and offering excellent disease resistance for reliable garden performance.

This variety has been awarded the prestigious RHS Award of Garden Merit (AGM), confirming its outstanding performance, reliability, and resilience in UK gardens. It's a trusted choice for long-lasting colour and structure on walls, arches, and trellises.

Climber: As the name suggests these roses grow tall requiring tying or training around a trellis or wire support against walls or over pergolas. Each variety has specific information about its flower type and fragrance. A climbing rose can be grown permanently in a large 50cm approx. diameter container with a trellis support against a wall or fence or pergola if no soil is available. To get a more natural look why not grow a climbing rose alongside a clematis or honeysuckle where their flowering times complement each other.

These roses are supplied as 2 year old bare root plants with 2 to 3 breaks.

Planting advice: Plant bare root roses outdoors from October to March. Choose a sunny or partially shaded spot with well-drained soil. Dig a hole large enough to accommodate the roots comfortably, soak the roots in water before planting, and cover the graft union just below soil level. Water well after planting and mulch to retain moisture.
