Allium Schubertii Flower Bulbs produce spectacular firework-like flower heads, with rosy-purple florets radiating outwards in an extraordinary starburst. Their architectural shape makes an eye-catching feature in sunny borders and containers and provides lasting interest beyond the flowering season.
Supplied as a pack of 5 bulbs, plants reach around 60cm (2ft) and flower from May to June. The unusual blooms are excellent for cutting and are attractive to pollinators. Plant from September to November in well-drained soil in full sun.
Bulb size: 12/14
Bulb sizes are measured by circumference in centimetres. A 12/14 bulb measures approximately 12-14cm around. Larger bulbs generally contain more stored energy, helping to support strong growth and an impressive flowering display.
