Anemone blanda Blue-Flowered Bulbs produce soft blue, daisy-like flowers held delicately above a carpet of attractive foliage. Quick to colonise and straightforward to grow, they are excellent for naturalising into generous drifts and create a colourful ground layer beneath taller spring-flowering plants.
Supplied as a pack of 20 bulbs, plants reach around 15cm (6in) and flower from March to April. Plant from September to November in well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade.
Bulb size: 5/6
Bulb sizes are measured by circumference in centimetres. A 5/6 bulb measures approximately 5-6cm around. Larger bulbs generally contain more stored energy, helping to support strong growth and an impressive flowering display.
