Iris Reticulata Frozen Planet Flower Bulbs bring a fresh burst of colour to the garden at the end of winter, producing beautifully detailed flowers in crisp ice-white tones accented with soft pale blue shading. Their delicate colouring stands out against the winter landscape, creating a bright and uplifting display as the gardening season begins.
Supplied as a pack of 20 bulbs, this charming dwarf iris reaches around 20cm (8in) tall and is perfectly suited to containers, patio displays and the front of borders. Flowering from February to March, the compact blooms provide both visual interest and an important source of nectar for early pollinating insects.
Easy to grow in a sunny position, the bulbs establish quickly and form attractive clumps over time. Their neat habit and elegant flowers make them ideal for combining with other early-flowering bulbs, helping to create layers of colour and texture that bring the garden to life after winter.
