NemaKnightsTM Nematodes Biological Slug Control is a natural, pesticide-free way to protect flowers, vegetables and ornamental plants from slug damage. This biological control offers effective, long-lasting protection while remaining safe for wildlife, pets and people.
Fast acting and easy to apply, the innovative slow-release pearls are simply shaken onto affected areas and watered in. Slugs stop feeding within 24–48 hours, helping plants remain healthy and attractive throughout the growing season.
Formulated using encapsulated Nematodes phasmarhabditis species, this natural control works below the soil surface where many slugs develop and feed. Unlike conventional chemical treatments, it continues working effectively during wet weather and will not wash away.
Each pack treats up to 20m² (215sq ft). Apply once soil temperatures exceed 8°C and repeat every 6–8 weeks as required from April through October. For optimum performance, apply during the early morning or evening.
Nematodes are naturally occurring microscopic soil organisms that actively seek out slugs, helping reduce feeding damage and protecting valuable plants. Early application allows young slug populations to be targeted before visible damage becomes established.
