Give seeds and young plants the ideal start with this peat-free, coir-based compost, specially formulated to support reliable germination and strong root development. Carefully blended to create the right growing environment, it helps seedlings establish quickly and develop into healthy, vigorous plants.

Enriched with slow-release nutrients and seaweed, the compost provides a balanced level of feed from germination through to early seedling growth. Its moisture-retaining properties help maintain consistent conditions around seeds and roots, supporting steady development while reducing the risk of drying out.

Compressed for convenient storage and supplied in a biodegradable bag, it offers a practical and more sustainable solution for seed sowing and propagation. The coir used is ethically sourced as a by-product of coconut processing and blended from fine and coarse fibres to create the ideal texture for seed raising.

How to use:

Remove and recycle the outer card sleeve before use. Open out the biodegradable bag, keeping the compost block inside the base of the bag. Add approximately 3 litres of clean, lukewarm water and leave for around 5 minutes while the block absorbs the moisture.

Once expanded, gently mix the compost and break up any remaining lumps. Add a little more water if required until the compost reaches the desired consistency and is ready for sowing seeds, filling trays or potting on young seedlings.
