Tulip Doll's Minuet Flower Bulbs produce striking magenta-pink flowers splashed with green and purple on the outer petals. The distinctive Viridiflora colouring brings an unusual combination of tones to late-spring planting and works particularly well among contrasting foliage.
Supplied as a pack of 15 bulbs, plants reach around 45cm (18in) and flower from April to May. Their tall, strong stems are ideal for borders and make excellent cut flowers, while the plants can also be grown in containers. Plant from October to December in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun.
Bulb size: 12+
Bulb sizes are measured by circumference in centimetres. A 12+ bulb measures at least 12cm around. Larger bulbs generally contain more stored energy, helping to support strong growth and an impressive flowering display.
