Tulip Purple Dream Flower Bulbs produce elegant deep-purple lily-flowered blooms that open to reveal a contrasting white base. Their graceful pointed petals and rich colouring make a striking addition to late-spring borders and patio displays.
Supplied as a pack of 15 bulbs, plants reach around 50cm (20in) and flower from April to May. The strong stems are also excellent for cutting. Plant from October to December approximately 10-15cm (4-6in) deep in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun.
Bulb size: 12+
Bulb sizes are measured by circumference in centimetres. A 12+ bulb measures at least 12cm around. Larger bulbs generally contain more stored energy, helping to support strong growth and an impressive flowering display.
